Tecon Package Machinery Ltd is a modern high-tech company engaging in paper sack packaging machinery's research and development. We designed the first production line for

paper bag 20 years ago, and now we are listed in the world top three in this industry and

the only one in China able to design & manufacture the whole production line of bottom

sealed paper bag.

The leading product of our company is the "High-Speed Automatic Bottom-Pasted Bag Making Machine", which is designed for various kinds of environment-friendly paper sacks,

such as the paper sacks for cement, chemical raw materials, starch, animal feed etc. This

machine was rated as one of national new products in 1996, which filled up the blank of

domestic technology. This product was also awarded Packaging Science and Technology

Awards in China in 2000, highly praised by the National Bureau of Building Materials Industry, Packaging Institute of China as well as the Chinese Cement Packaging institute's leaders.

Paper bag is replacing PE/PP woven bag in most of the countries now and we are facing a fast developing period. We are aiming to provide a full paper bag making solution to all over the

world, let the world find cost-effective, high automatization, high production capacity paper

bag production line. Our equipment has served Chinese paper bag industry for 20 years and started running into oversea market for 8 years. Now there are more than 25 Tecon paper

bag production lines operating in 13 countries. They are producing paper bags used for

packing cement, sugar, milk powder, rice, chemical products, etc.

Company History

Since 1996, Tecon started to develop "High-Speed Automatic Bottom-Pasted Bag Making Machine", after many years of exploration, we finally achieved our goal, to manufacture a professional multiwall kraftpaper bag packaging production line with fully automation and intelligent.

The company holds 36 patents, The leading product "High-Speed Automatic Bottom-Pasted Bag Making Machine" was named the national new product in 1996.

In 2000, we achieved "China Packaging Technology Achievement Award" by the National Building Materials Bureau.

Our Machines was highly commended by the China Packaging Association, China cement packaging Association. In 2012 the company obtained new technology enterprises. Our machine had reached the top 3 advanced in the world, the leading in China.

In 2014, we expand the factory and move to SHUNDE factory and also to be a high-tech company.

In 2015, we attended three exhibitions to expand our overseas market and improve our visibility. The first one is PACK EXPO FAIR in Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. The second one is CHINA INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE EXHIBITION (CIPE) in Shanghai, China. The last one is Eurasia Packaging Istanbul Fair in Turkey. In these fair, many customers are interested in our products and starting a good cooperation with us. At last, we have a large harvest by these fair and thanks for customers' supports. We will try our best to do the best and serve our customers.

In 2016, our products will become more mature. At this moment, the new series product will be launched in 2016. The speed will be more faster and the price will be more competitive. Hope that the development of the company to the next level.

(1) Pre-sale service

We are so glad to welcome the customer to visit our factory and show our machine’s working. And we will take you to our domestic customers’ factory who have bought our machine for watching the machine daily operation. We will haveing meetings with the customers for discussion on the machine, price, service or any part concerns. At the same time, we make meeting records and finally close the deal.

(2) Medium-sales service

1. After signing the contract, we will provide the production planning to the customer. In addition to this, we will follow up the production progress and report to the customer production situation regularly.

2. The part of Inspection. When the machine production finished, we will invite the buyer coming to our factory for watching the machine operation. For example, the buyers have a requestment for producing 1 or 2 various sizes paper bags. We will show the machine making paper bags the same as samples provided by buyers. We will arrange the shipment if the customers satisfied with the machine.

3. Transportation. Wooden boxes packaging in container, the whole set of machine needs 5x40GP. About the freight forwarder, we can find for you or use your recommended. We will provide a few good service freight forwarders to let you choose.

(3) After sales service

We will arrange the engineers to the buyer’s factory for installation, commissioning and training.

1. The seller shall dispatch 4 qualified engineers to the job site for the erection, commissioning, and training. The buyer shall make available of testing facilities and skilled personnel as well as utilities and all raw material in the specified quantity and quality.

2. The buyer should accept the equipment after it reaches the technical performance indicated.

3. We will give some wearing parts to buyer for free. The warranty of machine is one year.
